How Does It Work?

2. Before you checkout, leave a note in the "instructions to seller" box, acknowledging that you will be sending a photo/photos by email.
3. Check out!
4. Email any relevant reference photos to Karen at adogwalkerdraws@gmail.com. Please add your name as it appears on the oder and your order number in the subject line.
5. Wait 7-10 days (you will be informed if there is any delay)
6. Karen will email you with your completed drawing for your approval.
7. Once approved, Karen will clarify with you which product you would like to added to, take personalisation info, shipping details etc and complete your order.
8. Your item will be shipped via Royal Mail First Class.
